Enemies in the campaign

13 kinds of enemy come down the paths here. Counts are for the whole campaign run.

What the map gives you

  • The swamp. Swamp Husks and Swamp Things emerge from the swamp onto the path at a rate of one per second. Per battle this yields 54 Swamp Husks and 6 Swamp Things in Campaign and Classic Rush, 48 and 2 respectively in Iron Challenge, 18 and 2 in Hero Party, only Swamp Things (3 of them) in Spell Rush, and none in Blitz Challenge.
  • Old Treants. Starting from wave one, tapping either Old Treant makes it devour every enemy within 50 of the most densely packed point that lies within 170 of the treant. Flying enemies and bosses are never targeted this way. After feeding, the treant rests for 40 seconds; tapping it when no enemy is in reach does not consume the action.
  • Corrupted Old Treants. Once corrupted, an Old Treant stops responding to taps and instead hurls seeds onto the path that sprout into Rotten Treants, during waves 5, 6, 9, 10, 11, 14, and 15 of Campaign and Classic Rush.
  • When the Old Treants are corrupted. In Campaign and Classic Rush, corruption reaches the right Old Treant following wave 4, and the left one following wave 9. Both start already corrupted in Iron Challenge, Spell Rush, and Hero Party, while neither is corrupted in Blitz Challenge.

Achievements on this stage

  • Last March Of The Treants: Kill 20 enemies using the Old Treants in the Golden Grove. 13.2% of Steam players have it.
